Roseville El Dorado Redevelopment Funds
El Dorado County and the Roseville Redevelopment Agency each received $1.5 million from the California Housing Finance Agency to help create more affordable housing for low income residents.
El Dorado County will use its grant money for a revolving loan program for two multifamily projects.
The Roseville Redevelopment Agency’s funds are for a 156 unit multifamily rental complex in the Fiddyment Ranch community. The state money will be used with other sources of funding for the project.
